You spoke Portuguese in your request for apartment
Esec facilities are a litle old, but who cares, it has lots of girls that's important.. err.. ah ok, this dont interest you.
Entendes portugues?
Sorry for my bad english

La bella Italia. I was in Italy already (multo bello), and there's an italian restaurant in Coimbra.
I study at the ESEC, and yes the building is a bit old, but the human environment is friendly. Io no parlo italiano...
I did Erasmus for 6 months in Heidelberg, Germany last winter, it's a very good experience you learn lots with it in every aspect!!
When you arrive, try to contact me and I will show you the school!
Oh and the academic environment of the city is the best in the country!! 8)
Professors - well some good ones, some worse ones, and I have been checking the list of teachers and I had one, Rosário Mira. Strict one, but you can get good results with her.
Exams - it all depends on the subject and on the teacher...
Students - well I have met some nice people from your course, and I think, in general, that the environment is friendly for people who come from the outside. Okay, it depends on the people, but there are lots of foreigners every year in there!
Parties - well we have the Latada in Novemberm when the new students in town are showed to the city, and the party is huge!! We have older students making the fresh ones do some funny stuff, it's called Praxe, and it's good, when not exaggerated, for people to know eachothers better!!
And well discos, beer, course parties and stuff...

OOOh yes it can... i've been an erasmus student, it's some great time for shure, meting ppl from all over the world, be totaly away from home so u can do whatever u want, like collecting car tickets, cause u will never gona pay them .Roberta Ripanti Escreveu:Ciao, sto molto bene!!!
I think that ERASMUS can be an holiday... a long long one...
I can tell u, u pick the perfect city for an exchange program, coimbra it's a lot of fun for everybody, including arasmus.
If you want some advice, extend your stay for one whole year, everybody likes to stay and then when they realize its time to leave they extend the protocol period for as long as they can. Besides, in may one of the biggest students parties (if not the biggest) u will ever see takes place in coimbra.
Well, see you around next year
feel wellcome and enjoy
